Steward Line

SMS Terms
& Consent

Effective April 3, 2026

Union Copilot, operated by BridgeAI Group LLC, offers an SMS-based steward communication line for union members. This page describes how the SMS service works, what messages you will receive, and how to opt in or opt out.

1. Program Description

The Union Copilot Steward Line is a two-way SMS service that allows union members to communicate workplace concerns to their shop steward. Messages sent to the steward line are logged securely and reviewed by the assigned steward. The steward may also send you informational messages related to upcoming office meetings, follow-ups on your concerns, or other workplace matters.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in to the Union Copilot SMS service by voluntarily sending a text message to the steward line phone number. The steward line number is shared by your union steward in person, via workplace group chat, or through other direct communication.

By sending your first text message to the steward line, you consent to receive SMS messages from Union Copilot related to steward communication, workplace concerns, and meeting notifications.

You may also opt in by texting the keyword START to the steward line number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with your steward. You may receive messages when your steward follows up on a concern you submitted, when you are notified about an upcoming office meeting, or in response to a message you send. Typical usage is 1 to 10 messages per month, though this may vary.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Union Copilot does not charge any fees for sending or receiving SMS messages through the steward line.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from the steward line. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from Union Copilot.

You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected].

6. Help
